Born and bred on the south coast, David trained in London with an international estate agency where he was swiftly fast tracked to a senior role. On his return to Brighton with an award of Negotiator of the Year, loyal clients and new ideas, he founded Brand Vaughan Estate Agents with Jason Brand at just 24 years old.
David led the company to regional and ultimately national awards including the Best Independent Estate Agent in the UK, and also became Sussex businessman of the year 2022! David has always loved to find that dream home – from the precious 1st buy to the luxury mansion, or 1st buy to let to full commercial site, and as the core of his values is to establish a personal, professional relationship with clients, he has often followed their unique, property journeys over time.
Having exited his company after 17 years, with expert knowledge of the sales market from both vendors and buyers point of view and a finger on its pulse to foresee fluctuations, he believes sales could be done better, building long-term relationships with clients and ensuring clear communication throughout the buying or selling process. David’s ethics are perfectly aligned with those of Talitha and Justin, and are at the heart of their joint venture to create an easy, comprehensive property service.
