How much will you pay?

We offer a range of services. The fee you pay us will depend on the services that you want. We will make sure that it’s all clearly set out in your Schedule of Instruction.

We can just find a reliable tenant, or you may prefer that we provide a comprehensive package to deal with the time-consuming, sometimes complex range of letting and management responsibilities. Or you can “mix and match”.
