Property can be expensive
Property in this popular area of the UK can command high prices. If you’re not yet ready to commit to the property ladder or are saving for a deposit renting is the obvious answer. Aston Vaughan has great working partnerships with landlords throughout the local area. We have personally inspected each property to ensure it meets our extremely high standards.
I’m new to the area
We would recommend that you try – before – you buy. It’s crucial that you get to know the various areas of our vibrant coast as well as all the different neighbourhoods of the city which all have their own strengths and character. And we can help you to find just the right property and location for you.
You don’t pay for maintenance and repairs
Landlords have a duty of care for you and our landlords take their responsibilities very seriously. For example, if a boiler or a washing machine needs to be repaired or replaced, it is the landlord who pays. Although you have to keep the property in good condition, with renting, those occasional costs don’t fall to you.
Flexibility
Whilst we do arrange for long-term rental contracts, renting for 6 months on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy offers you a degree of flexibility that owning your own property may not. Food for thought perhaps.
