Property Manager (Lettings)
Location: Kemptown, Brighton
Salary: £26,500 – £29,000 (depending on experience and office performance)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm *No weekends*

Job Description:
We are excited to announce an exciting opportunity in our vibrant Lettings office. We are recruiting for an experienced Property Manager, or an experienced lettings professional who works in Property Management and wants to better themselves to join and manage our busy team of Property Professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants on a daily basis
- Overseeing ‘check-in’ inventories
- Overseeing end of tenancy ‘check outs’
- Deposit returns/resolution
- Overseeing the maintenance of property repairs, quotes and invoicing
- Ensuring statutory obligations are met for a rental property
- Issuing and management of section notices, EPC’s, gas safety certificates and EICR’s. Compliance is crucial
