With a legal background, Talitha spent 10 years at a well-established Brighton based estate agency where she was invited to spearhead the new lettings department and never looked back, winning National Landlords Association Young Woman in Property of the Year! Establishing her own independent agency in 2018, Talitha’s unique, forensic knowledge of the lettings market from any angle, hands on problem-solving approach and unwavering belief in taking personal care of clients has generated a loyal client base – of both landlords and tenants.
Talitha likes to get to know the properties she looks after and deals with all lettings contractual queries, setting up & renewing tenancy agreements, and dealing with end-of-tenancy procedures. Her values of forming a good professional relationship with clients, continuity of support, accuracy and accountability are perfectly aligned with those of Justin and David, and are at the core of their new venture to create this easy, one-stop-shop for any property enquiries.
